  • What sizes do you offer? We offer a variety of sizes ranging from our 2 cup individual serving bags all the way up to our 175 cup Bulk bag.  
  • When will my item ship?  All of our popcorn products require a 2 business day handling time prior to shipment.  Our Cake Pops, Pretzels, and Cookies require 3-5 days handling time prior to shipment.  If you need faster handing times for a rush order, please message us prior to ordering as a rush fee may apply.  
  • Do you cater for weddings or events? Yes, we do offer bulk sizes for weddings, parties and events and we also provide delivery services for our local customers. Order Catering Here
  • Do you mix Cheese and Caramel Popcorn together to make the Chicago style?  We ship the Chicago Style Case with 2 bags of cheddar cheese and Caramel popcorn separately, but we are able to mix the flavors upon request.  
  • Do you offer sales? Yes we offer sales regularly. Join our email list for exclusive offers and discounts and follow us on our social media pages for awesome contests and additional discounts.
  • Is your popcorn Gluten Free? All of our popcorn products are Gluten Free.
  • How many servings are in each bag? Please refer to the items description for serving sizes.  We use cups as our serving metric and 2 cups is our serving size.  For example, our bulk bags contain 175 cups of popcorn per bag which would contain approximately 87 servings.  Our 4-packs contain 72 cups which would contain approximately 36 servings.   • Can I pick up my order? Yes, if you are in the local Saint Louis area then you will be able to pick your order up. Be sure to select **Local Pick up at checkout.  
  • Can I pick it up on the same day it is ordered? We pop all our popcorn fresh to order so we require at least 2 business days for pick up.   
  • How long is the shelf life? Our online popcorn bags have a 30 day shelf life as long as the popcorn is kept sealed and stored in a temperature controlled environment.  
  • Can I get mix and match the color?  If you are purchasing our 4 packs, there is a 2 case minimum for mixing 2 colors, a 3 case minimum for mixing 3 colors.  
  • Can I purchase 1 single bag? If you are local we offer a limited menu of 6 oz. bags that are available for pick-up only. We also sell individual bags on the on-demand delivery platforms such as Uber Eats, Grub Hub, Postmates and Door Dash. 
  • Is your facility a Peanut Free Facility?  Yes our facility is a Peanut Free Facility, however our *Caramel popcorn only is made separately in a facility that contains nuts and dairy.  
  • Is your popcorn Dairy Free? All of our popcorn is Dairy Free EXCEPT our Cheese popcorn products.  We do use real cheese in our Cheddar Cheese, White Cheddar, Spicy Cheddar products. 
  • Does Just Popped Provide any custom colors or labeling?  Yes we do! We can custom color popcorn or provide printed labels on our party favor bags for an additional charge.  Please email your request to info@welovejustpopped.com
